When the client first engaged Pariveda Solutions, the firm had two objectives: one, to enhance brand perception among existing and prospective customers; and two, strengthen its existing customer relationships. Both of those objectives could be accomplished through the creation of a consistent User Experience (UX) for their suite of applications.
Research, user feedback creates a foundation for a UX roadmap
Leveraging User-Centered Design principles, the team at Pariveda first gathered end-user feedback and validated a solution to create ideal state and user interactions. Based upon those findings, the team then developed a roadmap with a three-month plan and long-term phased approach to implement a new design, integrate UX into the process, modernize technology stack, create staffing, and identify options and opportunities.
A game plan for consistency and customer value
Building from a wide range of user input, Pariveda consolidated disparate apps into a consistent UX experience using Single Sign On (SSO). Further, the team developed a plan for the client to migrate to an ideal state technology architecture, which would address performance concerns and future data/analytics needs over time. Finally, the team’s research uncovered business processes that required updates – a holistic approach designed to further strengthen the platform’s value for customers.
