How do you offer a better customer experience?
Recently, a deregulated energy company realized that it needed a newer and more efficient way to consolidate both its enrollment and "My Account" processes across multiple brands to streamline the experience it was offering to its own customers. The company knew it wanted to move to Azure PaaS for all UI (user interface) environments, but had no means of doing so on its own. Pariveda’s previous experience in the space meant we could tackle and co-create well with our client.
Provide effortless usability across brands
After utilizing Sitefinity, the team at Pariveda was able to develop a robust suite of widgets that allowed for no less than four different brands to share a common code base, all while maintaining their own unique and responsive user interfaces. Pariveda worked directly with the client to migrate its deployment from Azure IaaS to Azure PaaS as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
The most immediate benefit that the client was able to enjoy came by way of significantly reduced maintenance costs. The fact that multiple brands now share a common code allows for faster enhancements and fixes — as well as a much faster time to market for new brands on the platform. However, the benefits didn't stop there.
One-click deployments simplify brand experience
The multi-site capabilities that we were able to offer also allowed for more unique domains per site, which is something that the client had been working toward on its own for quite some time. Pariveda was also able to reduce support costs and lower the client's overall risk profile with one-click deployments. But the most important benefit of all is that performance improvements were now standard as page sizes were reduced overall by 55 percent with 40 percent fewer requests on average.
