Recently, a consumer product manufacturer realized that they needed a way to enhance the digital shopping experience that they were able to offer to their customers. Their entire business model was going through something of a digital transformation, and the forward-facing part of their organization needed to respond accordingly.
Customer shopping habits were quickly changing, with product decisions becoming increasingly more dependent on online information and services. The client needed to be able to create a newer, more meaningful online experience for their own audience — leveraging a modern architecture that would enable the ongoing flexibility necessary to change with their customer needs.
Sculpt a unique shopping experience
The team at Pariveda worked directly with the client to come up with a unique customer journey map. This helped define the complex, multi-dimensional customer experience that the client was looking for. We also established a cloud-based DevOps architecture that would enable a high velocity concept-to-code delivery process.
Additionally, we were able to leverage a token-based authentication model to provide better customer registration security. Finally, we designed and built a microservices-enabled portal to help provide customers with a feature-rich shopping experience as they evaluated and selected certain products.

Pariveda enabled data analysts to easily update data products to provide customers with new insights by uploading data through custom Sitefinity widget interfaces. Most importantly, however, we were able to empower content administrators to quickly create new products or content to entice users to purchase data that will itself provide insight into their market or their specific real-estate properties. All of this helped to guarantee not only that the client could meet the demands of today, but that they would also be ready for whatever the future may hold for them as well.
