Do you have a platform to keep up with your daily appraisal needs?
A few years ago, an industry-leading client with a global valuations service line came to Pariveda to get assistance with building a web application that could support the level of daily appraisal production needed to stay competitive. Not only are valuations at $750 million a year business for this client, but it also uniquely positions them as a business line that does not suffer from downturns like the rest of the real estate industry.
The valuations industry is also competitive for talent, so standardization on a common platform across all business units provides the client with a cost advantage that can be passed onto their employees. With all that in mind, the VIEW project was established -- both in an effort to unite disparate business processes globally and give management real-time insight into operations of their business units.
Compliance process for global needs required hyper-detailed integration.
In the beginning, the Pariveda team laid the foundation for optimized global operations through a technical architecture refactor and localized support for eight different languages, all of which helped to scale the application as more EMEA and APAC countries on-boarded.
Since as far back as 2015, Pariveda had been completing integrations with various PeopleSoft and RECD accounting systems for invoice processing, which itself allowed the client to reduce duplicate entries that users had been making in multiple systems.
When 2017 finally rolled around, efforts were refocused on reducing liability and risk for the client by creating opportunity tracking, workflows and even risk scoring. As the project came to a close, Pariveda focused on working as closely as possible with the United Kingdom in an effort to aid their efforts in rolling out the solution to their particular country and users.
Scaling appropriately helps meet demands.
This global solution was able to scale as needed to provide benefit to the company and its customers across the world.
