Overview

Mr. Paul McGowan has served Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, Federal, State and Local Government agencies as well as K-12 schools and Universities. He is passionate about helping clients navigate the waves of technology change and drive performance improvement in – and better outcomes for - their agencies and businesses.

Experience

Paul is an innovative and entrepreneurial business leader and strategic consultant with over 25 years’ experience gained across a range of sectors and organisations. He has led client engagements in Business Application Strategy, Business Solutions Assessment, IT Cost Optimization and Technology Risk Mitigation. Having benefitted from professional development and mentoring throughout his career, he now enjoys developing the next generation of consultants and supporting their career growth. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. McGowan held positions at Gartner Consulting, the Center for Innovative Technology and Accenture.

Outside of the Office

When Paul is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and children and coaches his daughter’s soccer team in the DC Stoddert REC soccer league. As a Leeds United fan he has spent the last 15 years in the wilderness and is hoping they get promoted to the Premier League in 2019.

Education and Service

Paul graduated with Honors from the University of Manchester with a BSc.BEng degree in Engineering Manufacture and Management.
