Overview

Kent has many years of experience in building and deploying complex technology solutions in a variety of industries, using on premises and cloud-based delivery models. Kent brings his rich experience to a variety of client challenges— helping them solve big business and technology problems, with particular focus on customer engagement technology and business transformation.

Experience

Kent started his career as a software developer, working with several large telecommunication carriers. He then made the move to consulting, continuing to focus on telecommunications with additional focus in the non-profit, healthcare and retail industries. After his tenure at a big three consulting firm, he helped launch an early stage cloud-based marketing start-up for the healthcare industry. In his last role before joining Pariveda, he was the Technology enablement practice director for a Seattle based midsize consulting company.

Outside of the Office

When Kent is not working, he loves spending time with his wife Terra who is a 1st grade teacher and 8-year-old son Benjamin. He loves to go out with his family to the great outdoors to camp and ski. He also loves traveling and playing a large variety of strategic board games.

Education and Service

Kent earned his B.S. in Finance, Management Information Systems from the Darla Moore School of Business and his MS in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. Kent runs his local early parent support group and is passionate about driving technology literacy in older populations.
