Mr. Dandy is a Principal in our Seattle office and brings to the leadership team 15+ years’ experience of delivering value for clients across a variety of industries. Having worked on engagements that range from strategy to application outsourcing and everything in between, Jeff has developed strong execution skills in project and program management.
Initially a software engineer, then a technical architect, Jeff has a deep understanding of technology patterns, practices and constraints. His experience has enabled him the ability to define and deliver solutions across many industries, including Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Personal Lines Insurance, Retail and Telecommunications. He has successfully delivered projects ranging from a small team, multi-week engagement to a multi-vendor, location and year engagement. Demonstrating empathy from any given user’s perspective, Jeff has helped his clients realize their goals through agility, collaboration and discipline.
Jeff enjoys everything Washington has to offer and on any given weekend, he can be found hiking, biking, camping, boating, skiing or sightseeing. Sharing in his passion are his wife, Sara, their sons Zack and Haydn, daughter Ryann and dog Mitten – named after their original home state of Michigan. During Jeff’s remaining free time, he plays guitar, co-ed recreation soccer with Sara and is a home-brewer.
Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan. Always seeking opportunities to give back to the local community, during his time in Michigan he has worked with programs such as the Greening of Detroit and Life Remodeled – both focused on revitalizing Detroit’s neighborhoods. Now a Washingtonian, Jeff can be found volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America.
