Ben Reyes



Mr. Ben Reyes has over 10 years of management and technology consulting experience in Program Management, IT strategy, and software development. He is passionate about helping businesses bridge the gap between business and technology and delivering high-value solutions. At Pariveda, he is a leader within the Agile practice where he has developed and taught courses on leading high-performance teams and delivering software projects more effectively.


Mr. Reyes’ experience spans the energy, insurance, retail, security, aerospace, automotive, and telecommunications industries. Throughout his career, he has led projects in the areas of IT strategy, business systems planning, project recovery, systems integration, Agile software development, and Program and project management for various custom development initiatives. He has also led complex software development projects involving multi-channel retail integration, billing system conversions, and multi-level marketing. Mr. Reyes has published articles on Agile project management and spoken at Dallas user groups and management symposiums on Agile project delivery.

Prior to joining Pariveda, Mr. Reyes served as an embedded software engineer on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Program at Lockheed Martin. He consulted with Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (acquired by PricewaterhouseCoopers) and was a software engineer at Motorola.

Outside of the Office

Mr. Reyes is a big sports fanatic, and in his spare time enjoys golfing, swimming, running, and biking. He also enjoys international travel and learning about different cultures around the world.

Education and Service

Mr. Reyes is a volunteer at the American Red Cross and participates in local community service events supporting the Ronald McDonald House and American Heart Association. He received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and his Masters of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
