Allison has built an impressive career portfolio as a global strategist with over 100 clients across leading industries: Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Aeronautics & Aviation, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Software & Entertainment, Government & Education, and Nonprofit.
She has strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills, implementing organizational changes by empowering growth and ensuring excellent tactical execution. Allison is valued for her talent in communicating across all layers of an organization — she leads teams to greatness.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Allison was the Chief Operating Officer for the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce (GHWCC), a nonprofit business organization of highly influential and diverse women and men dedicated to the advancement and empowerment of women through avenues of leadership, education, advocacy, and mentorship.
Allison appreciates the vibrant visual, performing, and culinary arts communities in Houston, and also enjoys exploring the magnificently diverse nature and culture of the world with her family.
Allison has a BA in Biochemistry and Cognitive Science from Dartmouth College. She received a National Science Foundation Fellowship in Science, Engineering, and Technology for graduate work at Stanford University, and holds an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Miami Graduate School of Business.
Allison currently serves on the Board of Directors for Houston A+ Challenge and the Community Advisory Board for Recipe for Success. She has been honored as a Woman of Vision by the Texas Diversity Council, a Role Model by the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, an Outstanding Leader by the Greater Houston Partnership, and as the Patrice Johnson Distinguished Alumnus for Class XXXI by Leadership Houston.
