As the Managing Vice President-Dallas at Pariveda Solutions, Inc., Susan leads Pariveda’s efforts across the Dallas/Fort Worth market to deliver successful technology and management consulting solutions. She is responsible for ensuring that we honor our commitment to developing talent in combination with creating value for our clients. Prior to her current role, Susan built and led Pariveda’s Strategy Practice, working with senior executives to collaboratively develop and operationalize their technology and organization strategies. Susan has a strong passion for creating lifelong relationships - spanning clients, partners and business colleagues and a commitment to developing a strong community for the women of Pariveda.
Susan has more than twenty-five years of management and technology consulting experience working across a variety of industries. Susan advises her clients on technology strategy and planning, organization design and alignment, operating model alignment, governance and process improvement and change leadership and enablement. Her focus is on developing solutions that can be acted upon quickly and pragmatically.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions in 2008, Susan served as Avanade’s Americas National Sales Director, driving revenue growth and implementing standardized sales operations. She has served in a leadership capacity with several professional services firms including Immedient, a regional IT consultancy and Andersen Consulting.
Throughout her career in technology services, Susan has managed large business units, led new market development initiatives, created and managed strong business alliances, built and managed sales teams and marketing channels, and led both small and large teams of consulting and sales professionals.
In her free time, Susan is a life-long foodie devoted to finding new and interesting things to eat and cook. Traveling to almost 40 countries has provided plenty of opportunity to sample unusual culinary treats. She and her husband Jim have been married for more than 25 years and have two sons, Andrew and Michael, both in college.
Susan is actively involved in the community serving as Board member and Technology Chair for The Family Place, Dallas’ largest non-profit dedicated to eliminating domestic violence. She is involved in the National Association of Corporate Directors, Executive Women’s Roundtable and her university alumni associations. Susan earned a BS from the University of Michigan with dual majors in Economics and Biochemistry. She went on to earn an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
