His work spans a variety of industries including Travel, Retail, Security, Construction, Retail Energy, Manufacturing and Membership. With his clients, he has transformed customer facing applications and dramatically improved operational effectiveness to deliver customer value. His solutions have included technology components, business process reengineering, change management and Agile development methodology implementations.
With several years of experience in the retail energy space, Richard has developed a deep understanding of the unregulated energy markets across the globe. He has helped organizations enter every deregulated power market in the US, Canada and United Kingdom. These implementations have resulted in significant growth opportunities for his clients. Most of which continue to seek out Richard for coaching to realize sustained operational improvements and differentiating product strategies.
Richard enjoys spending time outdoors, pursuing activities including hiking, jogging, biking, skiing and golfing (albeit with considerably less success than the former). Another hobby Richard pursues is touring college campuses for their rich and unique histories – a hobby likely reinforced by his love for college football.
