In this role, he established service management capabilities and governance models, managed product introductions and roadmaps (e.g., internal cloud, big data, and unified communications), developed and applied a proprietary capability and performance assessments methodology across all products, and developed the global cost model utilized for global service pricing, chargeback/recovery and as the basis for CTI’s 5-year IT Strategy.

Rich enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Alexandra, and two young sons, Cohen and Connor. He is an aspiring chef and pitmaster, and even designed and built an outdoor kitchen by hand. This is useful on game day as he enjoys smoking ribs or brisket and watching the Longhorns out back with family, friends and foe alike. Rich also enjoys golf, cycling and skiing and looks forward to the day his sons are old enough to join him on the course and slopes.
Rich has an MBA and a BS in electrical engineering, both from the University of Texas at Austin. Hook’em Horns!
