Overview

Dennis is a Vice President in Pariveda’s Management Consulting practice. As a trusted C-Suite advisor to global and mid-market companies, his focus is on accelerating EBITDA growth through operational enhancements and business transformation. Dennis has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience along with a distinguished M&A transformational track record advising executives across leading software, SaaS, business services, manufacturing and technology-enabled services companies spanning a range of high growth industry sectors including application and infrastructure software, healthcare (HCIT), architecture, engineering & construction (AEC) software, FinTech, and human capital management (HCM), among others.

With emphasis on driving value through both bottom-line efficiencies and revenue-growing initiatives, Dennis has successfully advised leading private equity, venture capital, publicly traded and founder-owned companies on domestic and cross-border strategic M&A, separation, integration and other support–which he has applied successfully to over 100 transactions.

Experience

Before joining Pariveda, Dennis was recruited to launch and build the M&A Deal & Delivery Practice at PwC and RSM, where he served as Managing Director and Co-Head of technology investment banking, and as a member of the firm’s executive leadership committee (ELC). Previously, Dennis co-founded and successfully exited 2 companies within a 10-year period. Prior, Dennis was a Managing Director within IBM’s Corporate Development group where he was responsible for sourcing, valuating, performing due diligence and integrating newly acquired IBM companies and assets.

Outside of the office

Dennis has generously donated his time and resources as a board member and/or co-chair to more than a dozen non-profit organizations, including YMCA, United Way, Kidney Texas, Dallas Challenge, Dallas Assembly and ACG. He is also a frequent speaker and panelist at national industry events.

Education and Service

Dennis received an BS in Computer Science and MBA from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business where he currently serves on the alumni board.
