Mr. Chatterjee has broad experience with the management and delivery of complex technology solutions, with a particular passion for articulating business value derived from adoption of emerging technologies. His has experience across the healthcare, pharmaceutical services, transportation, logistics, and financial technology verticals. His background in technology delivery combined with strong business acumen allow him to wear many “hats” and position him uniquely to bridge the gaps often encountered between the business, product, and technology domains within an enterprise.
Basudeb started his career as an embedded software engineer within the telecom industry and transitioned into strategic technology consulting after 3 years in industry-specific roles. His primary areas of expertise lie in emerging technology adoption, custom technology solution development, and strategic process improvements. He has recently authored a point of view on the hidden human dimensions associated with information security and a framework designed to augment existing probability/risk models to account for those human factors. His most recent client engagements include management of digital transformation and/or emerging technology adoption programs at Fortune 50 healthcare, pharmaceutical servicing, and transportation organizations. He has also led other custom delivery engagements that combined cloud-enabled service architectures to support mobile clients. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Chatterjee held senior software engineering positions at Fujitsu Network Communications.
When Basudeb is not working, he enjoys a healthy dose of worldwide travel with his family, exploring new cultures along the way. Among other things, Basudeb is a lifelong basketball fanatic, both as a spectator and practitioner of the sport. He also has a keen interest in understanding the increasing importance of data analytics in running professional sports franchises. In that spirit, he has been a regular attendee of the annual MIT Sloan Sports Conference the last few years.
Basudeb graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a double major in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a minor in Business Foundations. He is a member of the Network of South Asian Professionals (NETSAP DFW) and active with Launch DFW, a tech startup incubator.
