Lori Dipprey serves as the Chief People Architect for Pariveda Solutions, a leading management consulting company whose mission is to develop people towards their highest potential. Pariveda’s application and advancement of its mission is a key contribution to why they are ranked among the best places to work in each of their local markets. Lori’s career started in software development and management consulting. After spending much of her career in software consulting, Lori moved into a formal leadership development role where she was able to focus on how her company grew the careers of each employee. A major component of Lori’s role today at Pariveda is to identify and institutionalize innovative ways to expand learning across the organization and empower employees to reach for their highest potential throughout their career at Pariveda and beyond. She now works with Pariveda’s clients so they too can leverage the same innovative approaches to help them develop people development strategies - putting people at the forefront of transforming business and how you can deliver greater value to your customers.
Ms. Lori Dipprey has over 20 years of management and technology consulting experience spanning the real estate, energy, transportation, software, retail and health care industries. Her experience ranges from assisting clients in planning, designing and implementing technology solutions to support their strategic vision and tactical needs to redefining business processes to increase efficiency and maximize workload to helping define their organizational and talent development strategies.
As a consultant, Ms. Dipprey taught courses in development methodologies, .NET development and computer continuing education. As her career transitioned to leadership and development, she now teaches leadership development and new methods for career development.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Ms. Dipprey held leadership positions at RealVue SimulationTechnologies, Hitachi Consulting and Tactica Technology Group. Before becoming an IT consultant, she was a Systems Developer at Southwest Airlines serving in-flight and flight operations.
Internally, Lori focuses on how we can develop each individual towards their highest potential while maintaining a safe and respectful workplace that fosters that positive culture across all of our offices. She looks to transform how Pariveda and all companies care for individuals on their lifelong journey of learning by intentionally designing the environment and support needed for any learning moment.
Lori and her husband, Ged, have two children that keep her very busy. In Lori’s spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, whether it is hiking, fishing, camping or just relaxing. She also enjoys music and loves to take in a good concert whenever possible. She is active with her neighborhood and her church.
Lori received a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
Lori is active member of her church, where she has served in both the Children’s and Marriage ministries. She was a member of the Junior League of Dallas for several years, participating in the inaugural year of the T Boone Pickens Leadership Institute. She has also served in various positions for several auxiliary boards, including Ballet Austin, Genesis Women’s Shelter and Beloved, a South Dallas ministry in partnership with Cornerstone Baptist Church. In addition, she has held several board positions on her local PTA. When she lived in Austin, Lori helped organize a local fundraiser and support group that served Providence Children’s Home located in Matasia, Kenya, and spent time at the home documenting the lives of the children living there.
