Julie’s focus is advancing the maturity and adoption of Pariveda’s internal and client-facing processes as well as its practice of Holacracy. She combines her understanding of Pariveda’s unique ways of working with research and analysis of emerging processes, frameworks and methods to help Pariveda continually increase its operational effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency. Julie enjoys working with business leaders to solve challenging business problems with new processes and tools, facilitating their life cycle through rollout, adoption and ongoing optimization.
Ms. Ellison has over 15 years of industry and consulting experience spanning the telecom, retail electricity, banking and financial services industries, as well as working with non-profits and state-level health and human services organizations. She has a broad experience base ranging from defining and optimizing business processes to leading SaaS selection, implementation and upgrade projects to working with teams to develop IT Strategies and Business Systems Plans to help ensure IT investments are aligned with key business drivers. Julie joined Pariveda as a consultant delivering process and IT strategy solutions for clients. She subsequently transitioned into Pariveda’s Corporate function to support and enhance the capabilities of the company’s customer relationship management, financial, and professional services automation systems, eventually moving into her current role focusing on Pariveda’s process maturity. Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Julie was a Project Manager at Argo Data Resource Corporation, leading the implementation of a newly developed Insurance and Annuities Sales & Compliance system for top-tier U.S. bank with over 600 branches. She also held various marketing and sales operations positions at Nortel Networks, and worked as a developer and functional team lead on systems development projects at Andersen Consulting.
When not at work, Julie spends much of her time as a mom taxi for her two daughters. She enjoys attending concerts and other live shows as well as simply spending time at home with family and friends. When they have an opportunity to travel “sans kids,” Julie and her husband typically head for a tropical destination with sparsely populated beaches and good scuba diving.
Julie graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and earned her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Her volunteer work typically involves her church and her daughters’ school and extracurricular activities.
