Overview

As Chief of Staff, Ms. Araujo is responsible for the recruiting and administrative management efforts of Pariveda Solutions. As a member of the Pariveda Executive Team for over five years, Ginger understands the complexities of the Business of IT, as well as the importance of talent development; she spends every day in relentless pursuit of these ideals. Ginger has contributed to the success of the company by creating, implementing, managing and evaluating Pariveda’s policies and processes. Experience

Ginger has over 19 years in consulting and marketing, working with organizations to understand the complexities of and improving their processes and helping improve them. Her primary area of expertise is creating and implementing operating procedures to improve efficiency, marketing and business functionality. She has extensive knowledge in human resources and corporate management. Ginger has more than seven years experience in the financial services and banking industries which has given her deep experience in the strategic aspect of commerce.

She has served in various roles at CSC and Accenture in the Financial Services Industry as a Business Analyst and a Marketing Specialist. She led the implementation of an international automated payment processing system that was previously performed manually. She also helped develop and implement one of the first internet based mortgage loan application systems, allowing brokers to receive loan decisions quickly. At Accenture and prior, she specialized in business development efforts for financial systems.

Outside of the office

As her competitive nature dictates, Ginger has coached her daughter’s soccer team for the past eight seasons. She has been married to her husband Hector for 20 years. They are the proud parents of a teenage son and a pre-teen daughter. Ginger can be found most weekends riding and competing in play days with her family and their horse.

Education and Service

Ms. Araujo received her B.S. from Texas Tech University in 1988. She is active in several service organizations including the Texas Tech Alumni Association and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals. Ginger also serves on the AeA Council of Texas.
