Mr. Sean Princis has 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field and 15 years experience in IT consulting within Retail, Financial Services, and Pharmaceutical industries. Sean has designed solutions, architected, and led multiple large software development projects crossing a variety of technology areas including Web, Portal, Integration, and Analytics. Sean currently focuses on Sales and Delivery across multiple accounts, Pariveda employee development, as well as leads the Relationship and Business Development function for the Chicago office.


Sean has been involved in large transformational technology projects serving various roles including developer, team lead, solution architect, and delivery executive. Much of Sean’s experience comes utilizing the Enterprise Microsoft stack of technologies helping deliver IT projects and create business value. This technology stack includes all .NET based components, SQL Server, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Azure, and Office 365. Sean also has system design and deliver experience in other technology platforms including AWS and Hadoop. In addition to client-focused delivery and relationships, Sean has also served leadership roles within his consulting organizations including Location Leadership, Client Executive, and Innovation Advisor.

Prior to joining Pariveda Sean spent 15 years at Avanade where his latest roles included Client Executive and Innovation Advisor.

Outside of the office

Outside the office, Sean enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Stephanie, his daughter Ella, and his 2 sons Samuel and Benjamin. He also loves to follow and coach their sports teams throughout the various seasons. Sean is an avid golfer and also enjoys photography and playing guitar and piano.

Education and Service

Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. Sean is also active in his community with much of that time dedicated to coaching various sports for youth programs.
