Overview
Jennifer transforms companies, large and small, through significant changes in people, process, and technology. Her career has spanned 30 years in consulting and industry, with experience ranging from start-ups to Fortune 50 organizations. Her multidisciplinary background has allowed her to experience the reality of business challenges, not just the hypothetical. She focuses her time on growing client relationships and leading teams of highly skilled consultants to develop and implement technology solutions that meet clients’ business objectives. She has helped companies in Healthcare, Medical Device, Retail, Consumer Goods, and Food and Beverage Manufacturing, among others.
Experience
Jennifer works across business units and leadership to craft solutions that achieve business results. She utilizes her general business background to lead teams through transformative change, whether that involves digital strategy and implementation, customer experience improvement, data platform implementation, data management, and analytics, or other technology-enabled change.
Jennifer’s areas of expertise include business process improvement, performance management, contact center operations, supply chain management, and business operations, financial planning and analysis, application selection and implementation, project management, change management, and risk management. She has amassed these skills over the years via several roles at Alvarez & Marsal, Therative, Bare Escentuals, Safeway, and EY.
Outside of the office
As a relatively new transplant to Chicago from the Bay Area, Jennifer enjoys learning about new neighborhoods, admiring the City’s architecture, and sampling the culinary offerings in her new city. Jennifer spends her remaining non-working time catching up with family and close friends.
Education and service
Jennifer earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA. She is PROSCI Change Management certified and retains an active status as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California. She enjoys working to further women in business and has served previously on the Audit Committee for Girls Inc. of Alameda County in Oakland, California. She is looking for new opportunities to serve her community in Chicago.
