Mr. Clay Hafner has over 15 years of experience in IT consulting with an emphasis on Business Development, Sales Management, Account Management and Delivery Oversight. Clay focuses on growing client and partner relationships based on integrity and successful delivery. He works closely with clients and delivery teams to determine solution approach, budget, and timeline and provides guidance and issue resolution in support of client engagements.
Most recently, Clay served as Senior Account Executive at Sogeti USA, a division of Cap Gemini, responsible for Business Development and Account Management for large accounts in the Chicago market.
Prior to that, Clay served as Senior Manager of Business Development at Software Architects for their Chicago office. Clay began his career at Software Architects as a Sales Representative in 1997 and was responsible for bringing new clients to the firm and building and developing the sales team in Chicago.
Prior to joining Software Architects, Clay worked for KONE Elevator Company as a Sales Engineer.
Outside of the office, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and being involved in their activities. He also enjoys attending sporting events and playing golf.
Clay received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois in 1992.
