“Leaders set the tone. “

We’re often keenly aware of the impact that our leaders have on us, but it can be easy to lose sight of the impact we have on those we lead. Whether it’s creating a safe environment for learning, bringing a voice of calm to a moment of chaos, or simply living your values day in and day out, our actions as leaders continually shape how our teams perceive and respond to opportunity, to challenge, and to each other.
