The goal of our interview process is to predict how candidates will perform once they join the team. We achieve that goal by doing what the science says: combining behavioral and situational structured interviews with assessments of cognitive ability, conscientiousness and leadership.
How to Apply
You can apply through our online career portal submit your resume at the Pariveda booth at a local career fair. Once your resume is submitted we will contact you if you are selected for an interview. This process may take up to a month, depending on the timing of events at your campus.
Include specific technical work that you are doing or have done through formal or informal education (developed iPhone app, built application for student organization, etc.)
Include your cumulative GPA and graduation date on your resume. The behavioral interview consists of a 45 minute discussion with a member of our management team. The interview will cover technical questions to gauge your skill set.
Use the STAR approach when answering questions to ensure providing the correct level of detail . It is okay to pause to collect your thoughts before answering any questions. Dress professionally; this is the start of your career
Not Selected this Year?
If you are not selected for the internship, that does not mean you are not a fit for Pariveda. In order to keep with our
vision of small teams and provide you with the best experience possible, we have to limit our internship class.
Here are some tips moving forward:
Apply for a full time position entering your senior year and take advantage of your time in the classroom as well as other relevant internships.
Apply for an internship next year and keep building your knowledge base through challenging core classes such as Systems Design.
