How do you create a company that lasts a hundred years?

We asked ourselves this exact question before Pariveda was founded. And we truly mean 100 years – and beyond! It’s worth spending a lifetime to answer this question.

One way is through the ownership structure of Pariveda.

We created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2007

The ESOP now owns approximately 45% of Pariveda, with every employee participating as an owner through this structure. Our vision is that our company will be 100% owned by the ESOP within this decade.

Why is ownership important?

We believe company owner employees take better care of our clients and each other. This is because they focus on sustainable partnerships and maximizing company value.

Being an employee-owned company frees our teams to be truly vested in our clients’ long-term, sustained success.

A supplemental retirement plan is as people-focused as we are

Being a privately-held company and employee-owned provides benefits for our employees – those benefits begin on your first day. As a supplemental retirement plan, the ESOP is a tax-advantaged wealth-building tool alongside other plans we offer. It is also entirely company-funded. Our annual stock valuation cycle allows our leadership team to make long-term decisions for the company’s good, allowing our people to focus on their daily responsibilities while building long-term wealth.
