Overview

Mr. Steven Rogers utilizes his expertise in both technology consulting and enterprise software sales to deliver valuable solutions to Pariveda customers. Throughout his career Steven has focused on the effective use of technology, integration and business strategy enabling his clients to achieve desired results. Steven brings practical experience from design and construction of enterprise applications coupled with his expertise of the software market. This combination allows Steven to assist Pariveda customers with understanding the path to real return on investment and selecting the right vendor partnerships to get there.

Experience

Mr. Steven Rogers has 19 years of experience in Information Technology in a variety of roles including enterprise software sales and marketing, professional services sales and delivery, and system design and development. Most recently Steven held national sales responsibilities for enterprise integration services leveraging technologies such as Oracle, IBM and TIBCO Software. His experience also includes channel sales program development and creating solution offerings based on his technical experience around business strategy, enterprise integration and eCommerce solutions. Steven’s primary area of expertise is enterprise integration, sales effectiveness and software procurement methods. He has been responsible for direct product sales as well as delivered custom solutions to solve complex customer requirements throughout entire career. Steven applies this expertise at Pariveda to deliver enterprise solutions as well as assist customers in enterprise software decisions and negotiations. He has extensive background in both selling and implementing Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions with companies like IBM, Oracle and TIBCO Software. This experience has been utilized to address business problems such as supply chain management and order-to-cash business process automation, as well as Human Resource solutions including automated employee on-boarding. While at Perficient, he built an Oracle technology practice from the ground up that resulted in multiple customer wins during the first year of operation. At Deloitte Consulting, Steven focused on custom eCommerce and Microsoft solutions for clients in the Houston market. Steven's clients include middle market and Fortune 500 companies, particularly retailers, high-tech, energy and financial services companies.

With his extensive background in both implementing and selling enterprise-wide solutions, Steven applies these skills to assist our clients in making the best possible technology choices and helps to ensure the economics of the relationship support a win-win for both client and vendor.

Out of the Office

Steven is a two-time Ironman triathlete and enjoys participating in competitive events around Texas. He loves running and cycling, along with the occasional swim and takes every opportunity to ride and train with friends. Steven has been married to his wife Lisa for over 20 years and has four children, the youngest being pre-K to his eldest who attends college at Baylor University.

Education and Service

Steven and his wife Lisa are advocates for Autism Awareness and participate with other families that have been affected by this condition. Steven and Lisa are also active in construction missions to Mexico and Guatemala, building homes for poverty stricken areas of both countries. Closer to home Steven supports construction and clean up for Hurricane relief efforts along the Texas Gulf Coast.
