Overview
Mr. Mike Rosenbaum brings deep consulting expertise and leadership to the Pariveda Solutions Houston Management Team. With more than 15 years consulting experience, Mike has focused on helping clients articulate strategies, design and realize programs for transformation, and align enabling technologies to the service of critical business needs. Mike has serviced customers across a variety of industries that include CPG, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Insurance, and others. Mike’s experience with projects that have been focused on both core business processes and enterprise technologies enable him to assist Pariveda customers with the intersection of these important domains. Mike’s functional project experience has included work across the entire value chain including the front, middle, and back office.
Experience
Mike’s consulting background has included serving in many capacities across a wide ranging customer base of recognized industry leaders. Having performed roles that have covered the entire spectrum of project work from detailed analysis, development, and program management all the way to consulting practice and office leadership, Mike is able to bring an experienced and broad perspective to client engagements.
Mike began his consulting career at Coopers and Lybrand. Later, Mike joined the Deloitte Consulting Group where he developed an Enterprise Collaboration practice focused on the implementation and enhancement of large-scale messaging and groupware systems to achieve automation of critical business processes, integration of data, and greater operational efficiencies. While at Deloitte, Mike also developed and provided leadership to a regionally-focused eBusiness Solutions practice that focused on the enablement of customer value chains with the selection and implementation of packaged systems that have included CRM, ERP, and other line-of-business platforms. Mike founded and managed his own consulting organization in 2003 to serve customers with highly specialized business and technology solutions that have included customers in specialty retail, medical/healthcare, quick-service restaurants, and other industries.
In 2005 Mike joined The North Highland Company as Houston Office Leader. While at North Highland, Mike attained rapid revenue and headcount growth for the Houston office and served as Account Executive for Houston customers, winning the Spirit Award for Client Service Excellence. Mike’s engagements at North Highland have included ERP package selection and implementation, Shared Services Strategy and Realization, IVR and Customer Channel solutions, supply chain improvement and automation efforts, customer dynamics and business intelligence, program/project management, IT and business alignment/ITIL, and core business strategy development and implementation.
Out of the Office
Mike is a former professional musician who enjoys performing with friends at various live music venues in the Houston area. Mike enjoys travel and is a dedicated runner who loves to put in the miles with friends and his border collie, Ringo.
Education and Service
Mike attended the University of Houston and has been certified in Prosci’s Change Management methodology. Mike has been a contributing author to Shared Services News with a recent 2008 publication title, “Procurement First – Paving the Way for Large-Scale Change”. Mike donates time and energy to The Boys and Girls Clubs Of America and the Susan G Komen Foundation and has served with the Greater Houston Partnership.
