He is typically involved in all phases of his projects and has proven his ability to function as the bridge between business and technical disciplines. Greg is a results-oriented leader who prides himself in his ability to deliver exceptional technical solutions to complex problems with professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
Experience
Mr. Greg Leflar has more than 11 years of experience managing, architecting, and implementing business-driven technology solutions across a number of industries including energy, finance, transportation, and government. Greg’s balance of management and technical knowledge allows him to add value to projects as a project manager and technical leader. His primary areas of expertise are in custom software development, application lifecycle management, and enterprise portal implementations using Microsoft tools and technologies.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Leflar was a Managing Consultant at Catapult Systems where he managed and provided technical leadership for enterprise custom application and portal projects for a variety of clients. He also worked for Continental Airlines for many years where he helped bring aircraft maintenance systems to a mobile platform.
Out of the Office
Greg’s passion away from work is spending time with his wife, Katie, and their three active children. Most of his weekends are spent playing with his kids outdoors and going on bike rides through their neighborhood. Greg is also an avid reader, an aspiring photographer, and enjoys watching college football with friends and family.
Education and Service
Mr. Leflar received a BBA in Management Information Systems from Baylor University. He has received certifications as a Project Management Professional and as a Microsoft Certified Application Developer. Greg is an active leader in his church teaching Sunday school and mentoring high school students. He is also involved in pro-family groups and international mission organizations where he sponsors children in impoverished nations and helps secure funding for business startups to create sustainable sources of income for families.
