As a Vice President at Pariveda Solutions, Inc., Daniel is a results oriented, outgoing and highly motivated individual with diversified skills and abilities. He is an acknowledged expert in the implementation of technical solutions spanning the enterprise. The constant theme throughout Daniel’s career is that of creating new solutions where none had existed before. Since joining Pariveda in 2007, Daniel has used his deep technical capabilities to drive significant business challenges to successful resolution.
Experience
Mr. Daniel Herrin has over 15 years of management and technology consulting experience spanning the banking, transportation, energy, and telecommunications industries.
He has delivered solutions in the areas of B2B integration, enterprise business intelligence, identity management, procurement, enterprise portals, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). His primary areas of expertise are custom solution design and delivery, banking and back-room processing, enterprise integration planning and implementation, transportation solutions, and energy-related applications implementation.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Herrin was deeply involved in changing the armor car and banking industry. He designed and implemented technologies that allowed banks to change their operating model to increase customer reach and retention. He was responsible for systems that electronically moved billions of dollars nightly throughout the United States. Additionally, Mr. Herrin led the eProcurement efforts of Arthur Andersen for the Pacific Region, organized and built a professional services organization for a supply-chain software manufacturer, and was a development manager at Raytheon E-Systems, contributing to various development efforts during his time there.
Out of the Office
Daniel enjoys time outdoors, reading, and spending time with his family. Daniel has been married to Brandi for over 12 years, has three boys and one special girl who keep him very actively engaged coaching soccer and t-ball teams and the occasional tea party. Most Saturdays he can be found “helping coach” Texas A&M Football from the comfort of wherever he may be watching the game.
Education and Service
Daniel volunteers his time coaching youth sports teams through the YMCA and local sports associations. He also serves as the President of his local home owners association. He received a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University in 1996 and received a B.S. in Mathematics from Southern Arkansas University in 1994. During his senior year, Daniel was one of four recipients of the Outstanding Student Award, the highest award given to an undergraduate.
