Overview
DJ Wardynski has been serving Colorado’s Front Range clients for over 15 years. With his consultative approach and ability to organize productive teams he has provided countless business solutions for clients ranging from Fortune 100 customers to start-up organizations. DJ excels at building and leading teams that over perform. Throughout his career, DJ has had a tactical and strategic leadership role in building three successful IT consulting practices from the ground up, RHI Consulting, Software Architects, and Analysts International (AIC). Because of their outstanding reputation for serving clients, both Software Architects and AIC’s Microsoft Practice were acquired in the last three years. Mr. Wardynski successfully transitioned these organizations to new ownership before joining Pariveda Solutions.
DJ and his teams have been recognized by Microsoft on numerous occasions for outstanding delivery and best practices and earned a 2009 Worldwide Partner award for “Saving Customers Money”.
Experience
Mr. Wardynski’s primary area of expertise is in helping to identify and drive technology solutions to cut costs, increase productivity, and revenue. DJ works with clients under the principle that there are no “IT projects”… only “business initiatives supported by IT solutions”.
An expert in the field of IT consulting, Mr. Wardynski works with clients to ensure that their IT departments are “right-sized” to meet the daily operational demands of the business units they serve, yet able to burst with technical expertise to meet the strategic initiatives of the organization.
Utilizing both proven and leading edge Microsoft and J2EE web technologies, he has provided best of breed portal and collaboration, BI, workflow, eCommerce, and enterprise application integration solutions through a combination of both build and/or buy initiatives. With experience providing solutions under the Agile/SCRUM methodology, DJ ensures that solutions stay on time and budget with no surprises – allowing enterprise solutions to be pushed to production quickly and efficiently. Setting up true “partnering” engagements, Mr. Wardynski also ensures that his consulting teams provide thorough knowledge transfer to client personnel, enabling clients to maintain and enhance solutions efficiently, and increasing the value of the IT organization to the business.
Out of the Office
DJ and his wife, Amy, have been married for 17 years and have three children. Together they enjoy family time in the great Colorado outdoors and working on their home and garden. As a former college football coach, DJ typically spends much of his personal time coaching youth football and baseball, and it seems like every kid in the neighborhood finds their way to the Wardynski house when a ball game breaks out.
Education and Service
DJ serves on the School Advisory Council at Ave Maria Catholic School in Parker, Colorado. He is active in the Regis High School “Dad’s Club”, Colorado Software & Internet Association (CSIA), the Society of Information Management (SIM), and Business Marketing Association (BMA) Colorado chapters. He earned a B.S. Degree in Physical Education from Southeast Missouri State University in 1988 and a M.S. Degree in Health Education from Southern Illinois University in 1992.
