Overview
Jeff has over 10 years of experience working in the Information Technology industry assisting clients with solution delivery and strategy. He has contributed to Pariveda Solutions’ growth focusing primarily on technology solutions for clients in the Energy sector. He has deep expertise in the areas of Retail Markets, Customer Information Systems, SmartMeter and SmartGrid. Since joining in 2005, Jeff has led campus recruiting at Texas A&M University and was key in the development of Pariveda’s performance review and recruiting processes.
Experience
Mr. Hilliard has 10 years of diverse management and technology consulting experience spanning the financial services, construction, media, consumer product, energy and healthcare industries. He has led public Fortune 500 companies as well as private mid-market firms in developing high-value technology solutions that support business objectives. For the past five years, he has worked extensively with energy and utility clients focusing on information systems in deregulated retail markets and advanced metering initiatives.
During his career, Mr. Hilliard has delivered projects in the areas of information system strategy and planning, enterprise software package selection and implementation, program and project management, project recovery, systems integration and Agile software development. His experience leading complex, custom software development projects include a large-scale fixed network automated meter reading system, a retail pricing system, a multi-market, multi-commodity retail energy customer information system and a precious metals trading platform.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Hilliard held a management position in Technology Services at Capgemini (formerly Cap Gemini Ernst & Young). While at Capgemini he was a leader in the Enterprise Portals practice specializing in the BEA Aqualogic platform and was recognized with numerous leadership and delivery excellence awards.
Out of the Office
During his time away from the office, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and son and renovating his home in East Dallas. Jeff is also a sports enthusiast and is active in community soccer and basketball leagues.
Education and Service
Jeff is a member of the St. Vincent De Paul Society, Knights of Columbus and the Delta Chi Fraternity. He received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
