Overview
Mr. Tom Ryan has 22 years of experience in IT Consulting Services, primarily in sales and operations. Tom enjoys working with business and IT organizations to provide advanced technology solutions to assist customers in the pursuit of their strategic goals. Tom prides himself on his approach to customer satisfaction with quality and consistency of service, long-term consultant relationships, long-term client relationships and value-added service to clients.
Experience
Most recently Ryan served as the Vice President of Sales at Sogeti USA, a division of Cap Gemini, responsible for overall Business Development and Sales Organization Development for the 23 offices.
Prior to that Tom served on the Leadership team at Software Architects as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Ryan joined the company in Chicago as a Sales Representative in 1990 and served in several sales roles within the organization including Senior Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager and Sales Director. In those positions, he was responsible for bringing new business to the firm as well as building and developing sales teams.
In 2001 Ryan was named Vice President, Midwest Region overseeing the operations for the Region. In 2002 Tom was named Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with responsibilities for overall Business Development and sales organization development for the 9 offices.
Prior to joining Software Architects, Ryan worked for Logical Operations, now Ziff Davis, as a Marketing Representative.
Out of the office
Tom can be found spending time with his wife and four children. He enjoys all sports with a focus on golf and if he is not on a golf course can be found coaching basketball and football. He also enjoys relaxing with friends.
Education and Service
Ryan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University in 1985.
