Overview
Matt has over 10 years experience in Information Technology consulting around sales, sales management, CRM process and implementation, and solution delivery. He has contributed to the growth of the company by building local client relationships, working closely with Microsoft and their partner community, and leading the CRM specialization. Matt has worked in a wide range of industries including financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage banking, manufacturing and distribution, retail energy, and software. His passion is helping clients deploy process and technology to improve the experience which they provide to their customers.
Experience
During his career, Matt has delivered many projects including a CRM strategy to a large retail energy company to reduce customer churn, a CRM implementation to an insurance carrier which increased revenue and maximized their channel, and a CRM implementation to a high-tech manufacturer which improved efficiency of sales and customer service. His experience outside of CRM includes project recovery, custom development, website redesign, eCommerce, and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Matt started the Microsoft CRM practice for Ascendix Technologies and worked with client organizations from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to deploy automation to their sales, marketing, and customer service functions. Additionally Matt helped start an inside business development program at Immedient Corporation which lead to multi-million dollar annual growth in sales pipeline and corporate revenue. During his tenure at Immedient Matt also ran a multi-million dollar office in Central Texas.
Out of the Office
Matt spends his time away from the office running around White Rock Lake with his fiancée, Stephanie, and yellow lab named Maverick. Matt also competes in triathlons and other multi-sport races and is part of the Dallas Masters Swim League. He is also an avid traveler and enjoys scuba diving in tropical places.
Education and Service
Matt currently serves as Chairman and co-founder of the DFW IT Roundtable, a networking organization and consortium of niche-focused IT services providers founded in 2004. Matt also serves on the Product Advisory Board for Semantra, a natural-language search software company based in Dallas, Texas. In mid-2008, Matt was elected to the Board of Directors of the North Texas IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners) and chairs the Marketing Committee. He is also involved with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of North Texas and has been a ‘big’ for the last two years. Matt graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science.
