Facilitating this career growth also helps us deliver more value to our clients – consultants who are constantly improving their skills deliver better projects. In fact, everything we do, from the way we hire to the way we manage projects, is focused on value creation for our clients.
That includes making Pariveda’s largest shareholder our employees through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As actively engaged owners, we are committed to making Pariveda a great place to work by doing great work for our clients. Our goal is to start with great people and grow their skills through our proprietary Expectations Framework. We have no direct sales force so our people and the quality of their work has to speak volumes in our local communities. Our reputation is our most valuable asset.

Benefits
Our benefits program is generous, in contrast to market trends. We provide an extensive benefits package including fully paying the health premiums for all of our employees and offering a Health Savings Account (HSA). In addition to a competitive salary that is base-lined annually to market conditions, we provide a 401k with a 4% match to employee contributions.
We also have a unique profit sharing plan that compensates each person at each level based upon the performance of the entire company. Our profit sharing is delivered to the team members in our non-executive ranks before being distributed to more senior team members. This is one tangible way we demonstrate Servant Leadership, and sustain the focus on creating value for our clients from the top to the bottom of the company.
Ownership
Our ownership structure is different from many consulting companies because of the structure our founders put in place from the beginning. Pariveda is not a “lifestyle” company. In other words, we do not exist to meet the lifestyle needs of our executive leadership. Our long-term plan is to never sell or take the company public.
Instead, we have created an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Trust that currently owns 30% of the shares of the firm. Every year, a portion of those shares are allocated to our employees through the ESOP Trust. Every three years, our major shareholders sell additional shares to the ESOP. As a result, in 2022 Pariveda Solutions Inc. will be 100% owned by the Pariveda ESOP Trust.
We are very excited that a key part of our business strategy is broad-based employee ownership and that the well-defined exit strategy for our founders will not be disruptive to the long-term value of the company. We think this is unique in the market.
Fun
Pariveda is fun! Our goal in developing people is to constantly have opportunities for individuals on different projects and at different levels to have fun together. This builds bonds across the company and allows learning to happen on an informal basis. Whether the event is a summer barbeque and water skiing outing, a more formal social setting with clients, or our annual company trip, our goal is to get people having fun together.
