In your first couple of years as a Pariveda Consultant, you will work on small project teams to deliver solutions directly to our customers:

  
You will:

· Design, code and test technology solutions

· Write and deliver presentations

· Work on IT strategy or process projects with more senior Pariveda consultants using many technologies and be an IT visionary for the client

· Work mostly with local clients as a part of our geographic model, minimizing travel requirements

· Improve your technical and consulting skills while working alongside some of the sharpest developers in Pariveda

Our long term goal is to develop the next generation of leaders both in the community and the workplace through the Business of IT.

A strong predictor of success for a Pariveda Consultant will be your ability:

Full-time candidates must meet the following requirements:

· Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Desire to work in a team-based environment

· Desire to excel, grow and be a leader

· Bachelor Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics or comparable major

· Minimum GPA of 3.2 overall and in major course work

· Applicants must be US Citizens, Legal permanent Residents, Asylees, Refugees, or Temporary Legal Residents. F1, J1 and H1B visas are not accepted at this time

Interview Process

Day 1: Candidates participate in a 45 minute behavioral interview. At the end of Day 1, full-time candidates will be notified if they have moved on to Day 2 interviews.

Day 2: Selected full-time candidates will participate in a 4 hour interview session consisting of a case study and an analytical examination.

Full-time offers will be extended within one week of the interview date
