Pariveda Solutions is actively seeking candidates with several years of consulting or software development experience in a professional environment.  Such candidates will have a strong ability to contribute in a growing organization.  Additionally, they will be expected to take on a wide range of responsibilities, including leading client projects, developing new business, and mentoring other junior consultants.

First Round Interviews

An initial phone interview will be scheduled with one of our recruiters.  During this interview, you will learn a great deal about Pariveda.   We will begin by determining if your background and career goals mesh with our company and the position for which you have applied. Your experience and potential will be assessed in the following areas:

Technical Interview

The goal of the technical interview is to gauge your analytical abilities, functional experience, knowledge of fundamental concepts, and technical depth and breadth. This interview may be done on the phone or in person.

Behavioral Interview

As part of our interview process you will sit down with a senior VP for a behavioral interview. This also provides an excellent opportunity to learn about Pariveda Solutions from a senior member of the management team.

Final Round Interviews

Final round interviews are held at Pariveda in both our Houston office and at our headquarters in Dallas.  Candidates can expect behavioral, business, or technical case interviews.  During the final round interview, you will have the opportunity to meet with Recruiters, Managers, Principals, and Vice Presidents.
