Nearly 80 Pariveda Solutions North Texas employees made it possible for 165 Dallas area children to head back to school with all the supplies they needed to make this school year a success. This is the third year that Pariveda employees, also known as Fins, took part in the Big Brothers Big Sisters School Supply Drive. Utilizing their small team framework, Fins waged a friendly competition among project teams to gather supplies and donations. Pariveda’s donations doubled last year’s efforts and contributed to Big Brothers and Big Sisters being able to serve all the kids on their Big Teen waiting list.
“We chose to partner with Big Brothers Big Sisters because it supports our company’s culture to help others in local communities across all of our offices. It also allows our employees to mentor their Littles which is a common value shared between BBBS and Pariveda,” says Justin Shannon, Pariveda’s Community Service Committee Leader.
