With more than 15 years experience in the consulting industry, Mike has focused on helping clients articulate strategies, design and realize programs for transformation, and align enabling technologies to the service of critical business needs. Having performed roles covering the entire spectrum of project work from detailed analysis, development, and program management to consulting practice and office leadership, Mike brings an experienced and broad perspective to client engagements.
Mr. Rosenbaum comes to Pariveda from North Highland, where he served as Houston Office Leader. Mike attained rapid revenue and headcount growth for the Houston office and served as Account Executive for Houston customers, winning the Spirit Award for Client Service Excellence. Mike’s engagements at North Highland included ERP package selection and implementation, Shared Services Strategy and Realization, IVR and Customer Channel solutions, supply chain improvement and automation efforts, customer dynamics and business intelligence, program/project management, IT and business alignment/ITIL, and core business strategy development and implementation.
