Jake Horn has 13 years of technology and management experience spanning industries such as financial, insurance, construction, internet, manufacturing, distribution, and energy. He is experienced in enterprise CRM solution implementation, business analysis, project management, team leadership. He is also capable at designing, developing, and implementing custom software solutions. Jake is specialized in enterprise-level CRM implementation and possesses knowledge and experience in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). He currently leads the global CRM consulting practice at Pariveda Solutions and has given multiple talks on Microsoft CRM and CRM implementation.
