Texas Trees
The Texas Tree Foundation provides beautification projects throughout the North Texas area. Every spring and fall Pariveda Solutions help support the TTF by planting, weeding, and nurturing saplings to help maintain these young trees until they are large enough to be transplanted. Recently, Fins joined TTF members across North Texas to support two of their major projects. The first project was the development of the Katy Trail which connects neighborhood parks and provides communities with a local hike-and-bike experience. The second project started in 2006 and was a joint effort with the Texas Department of Transportation to beautify the Woodall Rodgers Freeway. This project involved planting more than 3,780 trees along the freeway and serves as a carbon sequestration model for improved air quality. Pariveda Solutions is committed to helping the Texas Tree Foundation continue their mission to preserve, beautify, and expand parks and other public natural green spaces in North Texas.
