Pariveda Solutions’ Scott Myhre and Akhil Patel teamed up to ride across Northern Washington in support of the 2009 Bike MS Ride together they raised over $3,800. The elevation climbs were anywhere between 1,400 and 4,000 feet depending on each participant’s chosen course which ranged from 20 to 100 miles on day one and 50 miles on day two. The weather and views were beautiful as participants flew by Mount Baker and Puget Sound.
Bike MS Ride is a two-day journey through Skagit, Whatcom and Island Counties on September 12 and 13, 2009 organized by the Greater Washington Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. As many as 2,000 riders will cruise along scenic figure-eight courses ranging from 20 to 100 miles. Riders raise money to support MS research, programs and services dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals affected by MS.
