Career paths at Pariveda follow a clearly defined advancement plan. The career path is comprised of five classifications: Consultant, Associate, Manager, Principal, and Partner. As consultants progress through their careers, they will be expected to take on new challenges by taking active roles in client engagements and mentoring others.
All new consultants will be given the opportunity to make significant contributions from their first day of employment. By working alongside more senior level consultants in smaller teams, Pariveda consultants are able to strengthen their skills and gain plenty of client engagement experience. Such an approach allows for effective coaching and mentoring of every consultant at Pariveda.
As consultants progress through their career, they will develop a core set of business and technical skills. They will develop our intellectual capital, build on client relationships, and lead others. These are important expectations by which all Pariveda consultants are evaluated for promotion to higher levels of the organization.
