Mr. Tom Grounds has over twenty years of project management and development experience in organizations ranging from discrete and process manufacturing to service organizations and wireless telecom providers.  During his consulting and IT career, Mr. Grounds' focus has been in the areas of IT Strategy, design and implementation of custom software solutions, facilitation of enterprise software selection projects and the application of software engineering best practices as well as large-scale project management. 

Over his career, Mr. Grounds has experience in Process and Discrete Manufacturing environments with emphasis in Production Control, Warehouse Management, Customer Order Management, Supply Chain, Production Scheduling, Plant Automation and Production Costing.  The last 10 years focused in the areas of Telecom, Energy, Oil and Gas, Supply Chain, Business Process Re-Engineering and Outsourcing strategies and delivery.

Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Grounds consulted with Hitachi Consulting and Tactica Technology Group.  Prior to his consulting work, he served as Director of IT for PageNet, Owner and lead architect of Universal Methodology Group, Inc. and Sr. Project Manager for Cargill.
