Susan
Paul was a Vice President for Sales Integrity and was responsible for building
and leading the Sales Consulting business unit. Susan has more than 20 years of
experience in consulting, sales, sales management and executive management with
companies ranging from start-ups to global systems integrators. Susan has
served as National Sales Director for a $400 million technology consulting
company. She has managed sales teams spanning large geographies and grew
a start up territory to $40 million in sales over a two year period.
Susan has experience cultivating channel relationships to generate
multi-million dollar revenue streams. Her efforts won her multiple vendor
awards as well as successive President’s Club awards. Susan has worked
with numerous CRM systems, sales methodologies, compensation and territory
management models. She has experience developing sales operations
processes and reporting to increase sales force efficiency and hiring and recruiting
efforts.
Susan
earned a BS in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the
University of Chicago.
