Ms. Susan Mohr has over fifteen years of consulting and leadership experience with international consulting practices.  Her experience in multiple industries lends to successful support of clients in their efforts to drive enterprise change supporting their business strategy, develop new ways of conducting business, and implement newly designed processes and methodologies.  She has supported Software Capability Maturity Model implementations, Capability Maturity Model Integration projects, project management, quality assurance of system life-cycle development, process re-engineering, team building, human resource management, chain supply management specifically of warehousing and distribution, and training. 

Ms. Mohr’s industry experience includes work with international automotive manufacturing (OEM and Tier 1), health care, education, legal and government clients of various sizes.  She has been invited and speak to organizations regarding Change Management and has been asked to join a University staff to support its business courses. 

Ms. Mohr was an Executive Partner with ClearView Solutions, LLC prior to its merger with Pariveda Solutions.  Her primary focus was methodology implementation, as well as serving as administrator for the organization. 

Ms. Mohr has an M.B.A. from Oakland University, Business Administration with a concentration on Organizational Behavior and a B.B.S. from Oakland University, Business Administration with a concentration on Human Resource Management.  She has received additional training in Software Capability Maturity Model (SW CMM) Introduction, Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) Introduction, and Capability Maturity Model Integrated Intermediate, is Comprehensive Appraisal Method (CAM) Certified and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
