Mr. Patrick O’Malley has over twenty years of experience working with international consulting organizations and private industries.  His primary area of expertise is the development of enterprise level applications in heterogeneous environments.  He has worked extensively with organizations to help redefine and manage their IT organizations. 

Mr. O’Malley has broad experience with development approaches including traditional waterfall, agile and extreme programming methodologies.  He has successfully architected object oriented and aspect oriented systems and has helped numerous organizations migrate their legacy systems to new technologies including Java EE.  He has done extensive database development utilizing several DBMS vendors’ tools and has helped design and roll out regional data warehouses for several organizations in the US and Mexico.    

Mr. O’Malley’s industry experience includes work with software development, aerospace, health care, education, government, insurance, utilities, retail, manufacturing and financial services clients.

Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. O’Malley served for seven years as the Chief Technology Officer for an organization that produces interactive voice response and web based systems.  During his tenure he created and managed a data center that remotely supported many of the organization’s clients and re-engineered the company’s core products utilizing a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). 

Mr. O’Malley has a M.C.S. from The University of Texas at Arlington and a B.B.A. in Computer Systems Management with a concentration on Operation Research and Human Resource Management from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.  Additionally he has taught and taken continuing education courses on various technology and management related topics.
