Mr. Matt Olson has fifteen years of experience in business operations and enterprise technology solutions working with business executives to replace mission critical systems with newer technologies.  His specific expertise in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) marketplace has given him a unique view into financial operations of an organization from a CFO’s perspective.  He has also worked extensively with human resource departments implementing company-wide HR self service applications and payroll functionality.  While at Lawson, Mr. Olson focused specifically on professional services companies and Professional Services Automation (PSA). 

Mr. Olson has also worked on the operations side of the business through the deployment of call center solutions, specifically with Witness Systems. Mr. Olson’s work in this area was specifically focused on Fortune 1000 companies with call centers that ranged from 200 to 10,000 seat implementations.

Prior to these ventures, Mr. Olson focused in the financial services industry and worked with mid-sized banks which needed to automate and update their core systems. Mr. Olson is versed on the capabilities of systems that range from J. Driscoll’s cash management products to systems from Peerless Systems (now owned by Jack Henry) and Bankers Systems Incorporated.

Mr. Olson has experience with CRM systems from Salesforce.com to Onyx Systems and is certified in Solution Selling™, Strategic Selling™ and Customer Focused Selling™.  His experience in these areas makes him uniquely qualified to work on Pariveda’s IT Relationship Management initiatives where large IT shops are taught the basics of relationship management and demand management within the corporate enterprise thus leading to improved service delivery to the business. 

Mr. Olson graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a major in Marketing from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
