Ms. Lisa Breytspraak has over twelve years of management and technology consulting experience spanning the energy, telecommunications, software, retail, insurance and non-profit industries. She has delivered solutions in the areas of IT strategy, performance management, organization design, process improvement, program management, change management, risk assessments, enterprise architecture, vendor selection and custom development.
At Pariveda Solutions, Ms. Breytspraak’s responsibilities include sales and delivery as well as directing internal initiatives. Her primary area of focus is IT Strategy. She has significant experience in IS Strategy, helping Information Services organizations develop their capabilities, organizational structure, processes and supporting tools to better serve their clients. She also has deep experience in Business Systems Planning, helping business executives develop a technology plan to support their business strategy. Ms. Breytspraak has helped many IT organizations improve their performance management programs, as part of IT strategy efforts and through independent IT scorecard projects. She has developed and taught courses on IT Strategy and previously co-led the IT Strategy group for Tactica Technology Group.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Ms. Breytspraak consulted with The Boston Consulting Group, Hitachi Consulting, Tactica Technology Group, and Accenture. She received a B.S. in Computer Science from Trinity University in San Antonio and an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. Ms. Breytspraak currently serves on the board of the Denver Business Series, on the Programs Committee for CSIA, on the Education Committee for AeA’s Rocky Mountain Council, on the Board of the Exploring Program of Boy Scouts of America and as a mentor for Project WISE.
