Mr. Kevin Gibson has ten years of experience in project management and technology consulting experience across the software, energy, financial, manufacturing, real estate tax and mortgage industries. He has delivered solutions in the areas of custom software development, project management, project management office definition and deployment, portfolio management, software selection, systems integration, business process definition and operational readiness.
Mr. Gibson has an extensive background implementing corporate-wide applications including Customer Information Systems (CIS) and has provided project management expertise across an array of both technology and business related projects. He has assisted organizations with project recovery to address failing or at risk projects, the implementation of PMO processes and controls to support project portfolio management and the management of large scale systems implementation projects including process definition, development, test and production support and maintenance activities.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Gibson served in various roles for systems integration and consulting firms such as IBM Global Services and BusinessEdge Solutions. He received a B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
