Mr. Jim West has more than two decades of experience recommending technology solutions and implementing eBusiness, portal, CRM, and ERP information systems. He has key expertise in open architecture integration of operational systems to drive revenue and increase efficiency. Mr. West has directed high profile efforts in the telecommunications, retail, pharmaceutical, distribution, manufacturing, and financial industries.
Mr. West has led large-scale change initiatives and enabled business growth through process and technology redesign. His tactical and strategic IT leadership for Colorado and international clients has resulted in successful implementation of multiple CRM (Siebel, Clarify, Blue Martini) and ERP (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards) solutions.
Mr. West has also implemented IT operational solutions including helpdesk/service request systems allowing online self-generation of helpdesk tickets for employees and customers, reducing call center call volume and issue resolution time.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. West provided consulting solutions and served in leadership positions with Aperio Consulting, Whittman-Hart, BSG Consulting, and Andersen Consulting.
Mr. West holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the Purdue University and a BSIE from Texas A&M University. He has spoken at a number of national conferences including CRM and Support Services, Industrial Engineering Solutions, and Customer 360°. In addition, Mr. West is registered Professional Engineer in Texas. He currently serves on the Board of Directors the Historic Longmont Foundation, a non-profit organization that seeks to enhance, elevate, and promote the preservation of the Longmont, Colorado (Boulder County) area historical, architectural, visual, and environmental heritage through advocacy, education, intervention, and alliance building.
