Mr. Dbrav Dunkley has over fifteen years of experience in strategy, planning, process improvement and technology solutions focused on enabling more efficient eCommerce, B2B, B2C and channels management initiatives. Mr. Dunkley’s experience ranges from large scale global programs for multinational organizations to smaller point solutions targeted at specific user groups or market segments. Mr. Dunkley’s primary area of expertise centers on customer and partner relationship management (CRM/PRM), M&A and eCommerce solutions. Common themes to many projects he has led are the ability to create greater operating efficiencies, simplify customer interaction and increased revenue potential through solutions selling by extending markets.
Mr. Dunkley’s industry experience includes work with electronics and high-tech, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing and financial services clients from Fortune 5’s to mid-sized organizations. He has worked extensively with organizations to align business strategy and process with delivery execution through to support. His strengths include a customer service approach to problem solving, building strong teams and enabling change.
Prior to joining Pariveda Solutions, Mr. Dunkley was a principal at ThoughtFarm Business and Technology Advisors, specializing in the delivery of eCommerce solutions directed at Sales and Marketing, business controls and solution selling applications as well as PMO and business strategy development. Prior to ThoughtFarm, he worked for PriceWaterhouse and was a senior team member at Accenture.
Mr. Dunkley has an M.B.A. focused on finance and information systems from Baylor University and an undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University.
