Ms. Cynthia Flaugher’s experience combines a unique blend of leadership, business acumen, operations, strategy, technology, systems, enterprise program management and methodology.  With her tenure, she provides clients with strong leadership skills from over twenty years of technology, systems, business and consulting experience primarily in technology, manufacturing, distribution, property management and supply chain. 

Ms. Flaugher’s industry experience includes work with automotive, health care, consumer products, retail, legal, education, not for profit, government and financial services clients from Fortune 5’s to small startup organizations.  Her key strengths are in bridging the gaps between business and IT to support the solution development, creating team environments, strategic problem resolution and implementation.  She has held a variety of positions with her clients including interim CxO roles. 

Ms. Flaugher was an Executive Partner with ClearView Solutions, LLC prior to its merger with Pariveda Solutions.  Her primary focus was strategic mapping and implementation, as well as IT review, redesign and implementation.    

Ms. Flaugher’s educational background comes from Eastern Michigan University in BSBA Operations Research and Information Systems with emphasis on Organizational Behavior.  She was a recipient of Account Today’s Gold Circle Customer Service Award in 1994 for her outstanding customer service.  Her professional development includes the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model CMM Introduction course, certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), as well as memberships with the Project Management Institute (PMI), APICS and AIAG.
